A California electrical contractor, owner-run.

We started CaliVolt because the solar industry got very good at selling and not good enough at installing. We are an owner-operated electrical contractor, and our own crew does the install.

Why we started CaliVolt.

California has thousands of solar companies. Most are great at closing a deal. Fewer are great at installing, supporting, and standing behind the work for 25 years.

We built CaliVolt to be the company that is still here in 25 years: a local crew, a real warranty, and math you can check. The owner answers the support line himself when it matters.

CSLB Licensed

California Contractors State License Board, Classification C-10 (Electrical) and C-46 (Solar). Bonded, insured, and current. CSLB #1157170.

NABCEP Certified

North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners, the solar industry's installer credential. Our lead installer holds it.

Manufacturer-Authorized

Authorized installers for tier-1 equipment: Tesla, Enphase, REC, Q Cells. Our certifications unlock the longest manufacturer warranties available.

From the owner.

I'm Ronald Beardsley. I started CaliVolt because I watched too many California homeowners get sold systems that didn't match their roofs, didn't match their bills, and didn't match the financing they'd been pitched.

I've worked in California electrical contracting for over a decade. Solar is a natural extension: same code, same permitting, same customers. The solar industry attracted a lot of people who were not electricians first.

We do it the other way around. Trades first, sales second.

Where we install.

Our primary service area is Fresno County and the surrounding Central Valley. We also serve Madera, Kings, Tulare, and Kern counties and San Luis Obispo County, and we take larger projects north toward the Sacramento and Napa areas. Every install is staffed by CaliVolt employees.
