We install Level 2 EV chargers at homes, multi-family buildings, and commercial parking. We work with Tesla Wall Connector, ChargePoint, Wallbox, JuiceBox, Emporia, or the unit that shipped with the car.

Every EV charger install starts with a panel capacity assessment. A Level 2 charger pulls 40–60A continuously, and plenty of older 100A services can't carry that on top of the AC, range, and dryer. If your panel is short, we quote the upgrade alongside the charger so it's one permit, one crew, one trip.

Interior and exterior lighting: recessed cans, pendants, chandeliers, under-cabinet strips, landscape and pathway lights, security floods, and parking-lot poles.

Retrofits are our most common lighting job. We pull dated incandescent or fluorescent fixtures, replace them with LED, and add dimmers or smart switches while the walls are open. We also troubleshoot lighting that's already installed: flickering cans, dead switch legs, buzzing dimmers, and exterior circuits that quit after a storm.

Adding outlets where you need them, replacing worn ones, and fixing the ones that stopped working. Kitchens, bathrooms, garages, and any exterior location need GFCI protection, and most new branch circuits need AFCI as well. We wire to current California code.

New appliance? A dishwasher, range, dryer, hot tub, or shop compressor almost always wants its own dedicated circuit instead of sharing one. And if an outlet is dead, warm to the touch, sparking, or tripping a breaker, we trace the circuit and find the actual fault rather than just swapping the device.
