Terms of Service

Last updated: August 11, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CaliVolt Electrical website and the quote and bid requests you submit through it. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

By using this website or submitting a quote or bid request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Our services

CaliVolt Electrical is a California-licensed electrical contractor serving Fresno, Clovis, and the Central Valley. This website provides information about our services and lets you request quotes and bids for electrical work, panel upgrades, EV chargers, solar and battery systems, and solar panel cleaning.

Online quotes and estimates are informational and not a binding contract. Any figures provided through this site or by a CaliVolt representative are preliminary and based on the information you give us. Final pricing and scope are confirmed after an on-site assessment, and any work we perform is governed by a separate written contract that complies with California contractor law. Nothing on this website obligates you or CaliVolt to enter into that contract.

3. License disclosure

CaliVolt Electrical holds a California C10 electrical contractor license (CSLB #1157170), issued by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB). You can verify our license and learn about your rights when hiring a contractor at cslb.ca.gov. California law entitles you to information about contractor licensing, bonding, and your consumer protections before work begins.

4. Communications consent

When you provide your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone and email. We will only send you text messages if you opt in. Our text messaging program, including how to opt out (reply STOP) and get help (reply HELP), is described in our Privacy Policyunder "SMS / Text Messaging Program." Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase.

5. Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, graphics, logos, photography, and layout — is owned by CaliVolt Electrical or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use in evaluating our services. You may not copy, republish, or use our content for other purposes without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to submit false or misleading information, interfere with the site's operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the site to harm others. We may suspend access for anyone who misuses the site.

7. Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant that the site is error-free, uninterrupted, or that estimates and information on it are complete or final. Warranties for work we perform are set out in your written contract and any applicable manufacturer terms — not on this website.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CaliVolt Electrical is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law, and these Terms do not affect your rights under a signed work contract with us.

9. Indemnification

You agree to reasonably indemnify CaliVolt Electrical against claims arising from your misuse of this website or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
